Hey guys, i'm currently in the process of getting some panel scratches fixed on my car or just a totally full closed door respray. What i'm wondering is if anybody knows a place that does good work and won't make my wallet bleed money so much. Preferably in the western suburbs of melbourne. Any help will be appreciated.
thanks, alex

yea i know you're right haha, you pay for what you get. well i'm more going towards the fix of a few panels rather then the whole car now... i just want a recommendation of a place that does great work, so i can get a quote etc...

well i've been digging myself. the best value for money i quotes i got for closed door is at 2die4 customs in thomastown and funky customs in Campbellfield. $3.5 each. Thats a closed door respray, align panels etc. And they do some fucken excellent work.

ah fantastic, i'd have to look around at his work. do they have a website or something like that? all that my car needs is the bonnet, front bar and rear quarter/door resprayed on one side and it will be fine but i'm getting hugely priced quotes so i guess i gotta either save up for whatever it costs or keep shopping around and get the full job done...

western suburbs resprays ftw... try theres a place in williamstown just on that main strip there accross the rd from the cop shop i forget the name small place but they do cheap work and ive taken almost every car there. Just be mindful that when you are painting bits on pieces of cars there's a good chance it wont match up 100%

I had some work done at Body Clinic in Bacchus Marsh (maybe too west lol), the owner has that 10 sec orange xr6t.
I had a couple of panels done and the paint match is excellent and my car is silver

his car is actually a 9 second xr6t (CLINIC). His work is TOP quality.
Just sprayed Dion's (Dyno-mite) GMKILR beast brom black to bright ORANGE and its immaculate. Engine bay and all. No idea on price though.
