help my POS rodeo daily shit itself

Today on my way to work my 1990 rodeo 2.6 petrol started runnin shit when i got to an intersection then started blowing a shitload of white smoke so i pulled over and turned it off and the overflow bottle was boiling but my temp guage didnt move. I checked the oil had no water in it, but what could it be? It still starts and runs rough?

Smoke or reckon youcould be losing water through the exhaust which would tell of a head gasket? It will run rough, but are you losing water?

Not really loosing water i dont think, it seemed wen i sped up it got better?
