serpintine minus a/c has anyone yet to make a pulley system?

just wondering if anybody has made up a replacement pulley for the a/c pump?
since its pretty much impossible to find a genuine one!

this has been covered before mate.
you can but a bracket with a idler pulley on it ( from non air con taxi's , xh utes etc)
i dont know the part number but i think that guy with the twin turbo build is using one.

Hey Dylan, in the first post LOWWED says that he's having trouble finding a new one; not sure if he means he's tried Ford and they no longer have readily available stock?
Also, the non air-con Taxi thing is a myth. Taxi regulations state that all Taxi's must have operating air conditioning since around 1993.

i have the part number but last time i tryed ford it was a no go all out of stock! Thats why Im asking if somebody has come up with their own replacement.

I got one last week,they said there was only 3 left in stock in Melbourne so get in quick $163 trade price or $213 retail from fraud

this is true, the only late model cars ive seen with the no air-con pulley have been those mediabanc utes with the massive billboards on the back, ive never seen a taxi with it

No I got it from Wayne Phillis ford here in Adelaide through spare parts part number ef19a216a I paid for it on the Monday and it was here Tuesday

would it be better to eliminate the pulley & just run a smaller belt?
