Converting from Power Windows back to Manual

Postby ProjectFatlane » February 24th, 2012, 1:11 pm

I own a 1988 Ford NA Fairlane with power windows all around. I know they're usually reliable but one seems to stick a fair amount and the passenger side front doesn't work at all. So I'm wanting to know if its possible to take the motors out and convert all four doors back to manual winders, and if so what would I need for that conversion?

manual window winders.
remove electric ones fit manual ones.

why bother tho. they will be just as shit.
replace the electric one that doesnt work.
silicon spray the rails.
problem solved.

electric and manual will both stick.
