My old shift kit mod - anyone got the diagram?

Ages ago I had a sweet electronic shift kit in my white turbo EB.

It wasnt your regular shiftkit mod that adjusts the s5 solonoid. It was more hardcore and it bypassed the solonoid completely.

It was harsh as but my trans overheated without it.

I think eaturbo posted the diagram on one of the old fordforums (can somebody search for it for me pleeeeeaaaaasssse). Turbotrana uses it as well. It might be in one of this threads.

Does anyone have the diagram? I know I sent it to a few people but Ive lost it. :(

Thanks.
Dan

I sent it to USELESS on fordmods ages ago and he thinks he might have taken a copy and has it lying around somewhere so he is going to get back to me.

I found a description of what it was which might be enough to sort it out.

You need to earth the S3 and S4 solenoids using a 27 ohm resistor on each.

I remember I used a DPDT switch when I did it last time. So cut wires, put ECU side to 1 end of the switch, put trans side to the middle and earth with 2 resistors to the other side.

Sound about right?

I just need to find out which wires control the S3 and S4 solenoid. Earthing the S3 and S4 solenoids means the line pressure bypasses the S5 completely and runs full fck off pressure which is good for sideways action. I remember the EB used to chirp 3rd. It was good times.

55 Automatic Transmission Solenoid (S4) 0Volts Off, 12V On
35 Automatic Transmission Solenoid (S3) 0V-12V

ea-ed/el

spose that doesnt help u having an ef? :P'

does the ECU do the high side or low side? ie does it supply 12v or earth to the solenoids?
