AU Fairlane

Does anyone know if you can put a cam in a VCT tickford motor (AU Fairlane) .
Also would like to bring up some more power so thinking turbo or supercharging ,though turboing looks like more horse power .
All is stock so got plenty of work to do with brakes and suspension( looking at dropping it an inch- pedders)
I'm in northern SA so not sure who has much experience in these motors .
