Searching for my first car..

Ey fellas,

I'm on the look-out for my first car. It's a 1988 EA S Pack with colour coded bars and riding on Turbo Blades. I last saw it at the end of 2004.

Rego is STB775.

Last known to be in the Geelong area.

If anyone knows of it and can put the owner in contact with me that would be great. Just looking for first option to buy it if or when the current owner decides to get rid of it.

Wayne that'd be great.

Bit of senti value yeah lol, would be good to see it after all these years. That car taught me all I know! Been almost 10 years since I put the deposit on it.

wtf?... why would u bother chasing down a EA you haven't seen for like 7 years when you got a perfectly good green one in your shed just begging for some attention.
i figured your green thing had more sentimental value then that white one, but what do i know

Seems E-series are worse than heroin when it comes to addiction...the number of guys who 'upgrade' because they're over it and then get back into them...it's quite rediculous when you think about it.

my first car only lasted 4 hours after i sold it. new owner almost managed to cube it himself on a one lane bridge.

hope you find it its always kinda cool reading about an old car coming back into its original builders ownership.

Have you tried locating the VIN and searching that through VicRoads? might have more luck seeing if it's still reg'd or if it may have been crushed. I believe VicRoads has a VIN register of cars that have been destroyed. Might be worth a try?

Every now and then & think of getting rid of the old ED. Hopefully I can maintain the will to keep it. Think I would regret it if I ever parted with it.

Good luck dude, do you still have any contact details of any of the old owners? Might be able to track them down with some phone calls

I was meaning the VIN not the rego, as the car may have been re-reg'd with new plates. You never know until you try.

He sold it to dave (EASPRINT) who then sold it on. It might be worth contacting dave to see if he has any details sunny
