Hi guys and gals not sure if there has been a post on this or not but what do you guys and gals think of the possibility of the new 5.8L supercharged motor ever making it to a falcon?

650 @ 6,250 rpm (5.8L supercharged V8 manual) Thats 455KW
600 @ 4,000 rpm (5.8L supercharged V8 manual) Thats 813 NM
Performance figures for them in the stand online from what I can gather are 0-60 mph 3.6 Quarter Mile 11.5

Would be Kinda Awesome.

highly unlikely imo. The way motors are downsizing these days i think Australian cars with V8's will be non existent in 5 -10 years.

No, Ford/FPV invested money on a new engine, one that will take them through another 10 years. The 5.8 is based on the old modular engine...
