get modifying buddy!

anything will work as long as you have skills, tools and space. the other way it can happen is a deep bank account and no misses.

the no missus thing is key to success with the second option.
gd luck with it:D

you can get raised springs, but you'll still be limited by wheel size in the front.

There was a mob doing ea front ends into them, to get them to sit epic low but still turn.

but you have to send your f100 to them where they basically cut away everything and then fabricate everything. It's by no means a bolt in job and ill bet the only factory parts would be the top and bottom arms.

He was stating what they do to lower it, giving you a reference.

An old family friend of ours used to have an XB sedan on a Nissan patrol chassis.

Ill see if I can dig up a photo of it

It'll nearly be impossible to put the f100 shit into your falcon. They have a ladder chassis where the EF is monocoque for a start.

Go have a look at f100 suspension then hav a look at falcon suspension and you'll see why it's impossible..

Its the kind of modification that if you have to ask how to do it, it is impossible for you to do it..

Was just about to say the same thing.

The only way I can see it working is to get a Landcruiser chassis (I reckon F100 would be way too wide/long), take the suspension etc off the EF, sit the body on the chassis, and bolt shit up. Would be a fair dog of a car that would never get rego though.

A combination of Territory and RTV suspension would probably work, but if you don't know what you're doing, you'll end up spending more than a Territory is worth.

So raising it enough to put sunsaisers under it would be out of the question

you can put the wheels on no worries, its the tyre size that is the issue.

anything with a taller sidewall then standard will have clearance issues with the upper ball joint.

Can you fit larger diameter tyres to them though?

Think i'll just have to do some more research into this but all i wanted was larger wheels both for better econ and a bit more clearance. Thanks to all for your help.

You wont get better econ with bigger tyres cos it has to work to turn them.

Probably a really bad idea, but how about buying an off road vehicle to start with?

If the idea is to get better economy why not just change the diff gears and/or overdrive ratio?

You should be able to fit 2.77 gears into a BW diff. Not sure if they came in 28 spline.
