Hey guys, long time AFF and Xr6turbo.com forum member, decided to give you guys ago. Apologies for the tacky first post, but i hope you'll agree with what I'm trying to achieve!

This probably won't mean much to non-Facebook users, but I'm sick of trying to buy, swap or sell anything Ford related ( cars, rims, performance parts etc) on most Automotive pages on Facebook today.

They are completely swamped with Commodores, and i say no more! I have created a page called 'Falcon Trading Post'. The aim of this page is to make somewhere for Falcon enthusiasts to trade parts, exchange pictures and help each other out with any problems they may be having.

I believe that if even 1/10th of the knowledge in this forum can make it onto FTP, it will be a massive success! So please guys, if anybody with Facebook could give this page a like, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have only just created it, but I'm working on setting it up, adding some pictures and establishing some connections with Falcon related pages. I've attempted to get the folks at AFF and XR6Turbo.com on board and it'd be great if you guys could too!

I truly believe we have the ability to make this happen, LONG LIVE THE FALCON!

If there's anyone on the page interested in holding a stall to sell their goods, would be great if you can share our flyer!
This is open to everyone and you can sell anything - clothes, furniture, kitchenware, car parts, lollies etc.

Those pages are always shit and no-one buys anything off them, and they drain news feeds. What's with the sudden influx of FB entrepreneurs trying to spruik their pages?

tell me about it.. :/

And if you do it... stick to 1 thing.

for sale.. or showroom.

i don't care what cars people have when i'm looking to buy an engine.
just more filler to scroll through.

saying that, i've never purchased anything off a facebook page.
