Yep! As above, they are 4480's. Should have 4480 and the month & year manufactured punched into plate between 1st & 2nd cylinder, or 2nd & 3rd. Cant rem the exact spot its in. May not been visible though as they have obviously been painted.

the 4480s give power through the whole rev range wheres the 99 give more up top. correct me if im wrong.

You're right on both, has the series between 1&2 and date of manufacture between 2&3..

4480 are (basically) tuned/equal length. Should give an increase mid to top end.
4499 aren't. They'll have more low end than 4480.
Theres not that much of a difference, both are miles better than stock though.
