They're just a booking company, not an actual courier

So if thats the case, i dont know why they cant give me the email/contact details of the actual company doing the pickup/delivery, they gave me a tracking/consignment number that now no longer can be found on their website.... they said what i sent was going to be delivered yesterday and he still has not got it.... if they gave a phone number to call rather than just an email alot of this confusion could have been avoided

I have used them a lot and have never had a problem, before booking you can always see what company/courier is at the other end. Not sure why you are having issues but I hope it gets sorted.

I have used them a few times with no issue. But I always drop off at their depot. There's no way to contact them and their indemnity / insurance is shit and you can get fkd over if they lose or damage your stuff.

Reality is they are generally ok service, but they are very cheap to the general public. Something has to give somewhere with such cheap pricing.
They are not a freight carrier, they are just an agent so you might have more luck if you can work out who it was sent with.

It finally arrived to cyanide today 2 weeks after the original order was placed and told it would be picked up....
If they had a phone number to call after the original pickup had been done that would be lovely... i think the website says hunter transport.... dont quote me though
