Oil check valves AU block

Hi guys I need to replace the check valves in the oil feeds to the head in my AU block can't buy the little buggers any ideas

Ford have them
Xh falcon turbo. 420rwhp 16 psi.

Hey it pays to shop around two ford dealers said no longer available but Sinclair Ford at St Marys not only knew what I was talking about had them from Melbourne over night can't do better than that
