Selling Personalised plates N.S.W

Does anyone know how people sell personalised plates in N.S.W without the stuff around of transferring my original plates to say the next in line generic plate and transferring them to another car with a few days rego then selling that. I would be interested in selling my EFH00N plates if there was a way to do so
