post approval?

hey guys..
im a new member, just curious as to how it works around here
i replied to my post regarding my au kframe conversion via tapatalk
my post still hasn't been approved...
how long does it generally take.. and do posts not need approval after a certain post count?

Found them. They weren't showing up.

I thought the user had to approved once and you were good to go.

We had a spam influx about a year ago & a post-approval system was set up to filter all new members - this killed the spam but sometimes can cause headaches for genuine members such as yourself in this case.

Yeah, i noticed yesterday that your account had been having posts approved a lot.
so i checked your account, and it was stuck in the 'new registered users' group.

fixed that up and you should be fine now.

And i know too well about the spam on forums, i set one up a few years back had it hosted with about 150 legit members.. 3 months into it every post was full of .. viagra for 15c and set up your offshore bank account NOW!!...
