You'll need to answer a few questions for yourself first.

1. Where is the piping going to go through the engine bay on the exhaust side?
2. Does the car have ABS? If so you'll have to go around it with the piping on the intake side.
3. How many bends am I happy to have? and how many silicone joiners am I happy to use?
With my cooler piping I wanted to have the least amount of bends as possible and the least amount of silicone joiners as possible so both of my cooler pipes are one piece with one joiner on the turbo, one joiner either side of the cooler and one joiner on the throttle body.
4. What size cooler? What size piping? Where's the BOV going?

Hope that helps to give you some idea of what you might need.

Tim's right, use as few joins as possible. I personally used an extra two joins in mine unlike Tim though, near the ABS unit so that the piping was easily removable without having to use a hoist, otherwise it would I would have had to cut it to get it off (ie. in the event of getting a defect etc). Those points though are just another place for a hose to let go and lose boost pressure, and it happened a few times. It's a pain in the ass that's avoidable.
