GRA Throttle Body

Postby Kaddis » April 6th, 2008, 8:15 pm

Just picked up a GRA throttle body (S350) come off an ED.

My question is can you change the metering rod(i think) so flow more gas through and do i have to buy a S400+ T/B?

I have most of my stuff for my turbo setup now just need to get the gas system sorted.

Thanks

its the T/b internals that determine the S400/350 etc , GRA can swap them but no idea on what it costs to do it.
Metering rod can be swapped, the current one should have a number on it, you can order another one based on that number.
but keep in mind the current metering rod may have had some work done to it so the number may not be too relevant.

as for how well a S350 will work... no idea :/

Ok thanks for that john.

If i get the gas system all setup (twin converters & t/b) is there a way of seeing if that setup will cope before i turbo it?
