Just getting some opinions on a damaged Eb Xr8.

Its got 1 major hit up the arse and it looks like he has rear ended another car at the same time. 5.0 Windsor and BTR auto 'box which are working fine and a good LSD diff. Late 200,000 Kays on the clock. Rich red in colour.

Its minus the 15" XR rims and comes with 2 Turboblades and stockies furfilling the other two wheels. Also minus front bar and 2 rear doors.

Unregisterable write-off.

I'm thinking of buying it and transferring all the goodies over to a EA Spack that is doing nothing at the moment for a illegal trash car that is a 3.9 I6 MPI on paper.

Anyway, would would you pay?

$500. There is not alot you could sell off it. If it has the recaro interior then you can sell that but I dunno what else. If you really want a V8 then its probably worth it but your better off with a manual 6 for a thrasher.

The 3.9 in the S-pack is buggered, its got a fucked rod. But what it does have is a good T5 manual- and I've got a good ol' 25 Spine BW LSD out of a EA ghia laying around in another wreck from a couple of years back.

He is asking $1000- which i think was way too much for what is a written off falcon.

Breakdown on what the Xr8 has got.
Recaro style seats- $150-200 if in good condition
5.0 Conversion- $500
Diff- $150 if lucky
Trans- $100 if VERY lucky
Leftovers- around $200

Not overly concerned about not getting it- there was a Fairlane Ghia (or LTD...i cant remember) at Portland with premium leather that went for $1300, so its not a great buy at anything over $500.
