Pete was given moderating privileges in order to update and maintain posts within the Event Coordination section, and to have access to the private sections for moderators and admin. When he was granted these privileges, it was ONLY for use relates to event coordination, and he even stated that he wouldn't do any general moderation because we were doing a good enough job.

On a number of occasions, Pete has without prompting, permission and without advice or consultation from other moderators, deleted posts, threads and also unbanned members (his friends, some who have had bad transactions leaving other members out of pocket). He has deleted useful information and also incorrectly deleted threads, so they haven't been archived in the relevant invisible sections. When pulled up, he takes ages to respond or does not respond at all.

He has been a self appointed chief of events for a very long time, and he does that well - no argument there. But the upkeep of this forum rests in the hands of the proper moderators and admin; we choose what stays and what goes, and who stays and goes.

It may not seem like we have much of a standard but without the watchful eye of me, Dan, John and Gill this forum would be full of gumby **** and trolls. We have a very loose strategic direction of sorts.

You go alright sunny I have had no drama by the original mods you **** up you deserve it, grow some balls or go elsewhere, be prepared to cop shit and take it on the chin I have had my fair share of abuse but I couldn't care,

I'm happy to be a mod, mainly because now more than ever my time is valuable to me, and I don't want to spend it reading idiotic shit that only a couple of severely wasted stoners would find mildy entertaining. Or people not using the search function. And For Sale threads with little info and no pics etc etc.



I hadn't thought about it until tonight but I've been doing events and merchandise for nearly 5 years, albeit admittedly not consistently and definitely not to the level of what Pete and Beth have been doing.

Every big town's tune up shops between Sydney and Mackay would result in hundreds of days of lost time to chase a "reversed choke connection"... Noice job covering 1800kms there. Beyond flooring it to start it how the fuark did you manage to travel that distance with the choke? Your plugs must've loved it
