Look in the yellow pages, there are a lot of lawyers that specialise in this type of thing. I think a consultation is only like $80 and you will at least get an idea of how hard you are going to get fisted, or if you can stick it to the man big time.

I'd think the average E-Series owner may just struggle to procure their services.
They'll happily work for you on a no win - no pay policy, as long as the case is high profile enough.
