Markings on silver cover has numbers with the letters GM and VR Canada
And a barcode sticker on the barrel got BHN onit.

Its second hand but seems to be in good condition.

Can't see it being worth much to anyone except a scrap dealer. I'd say someone bought a VE 6.0, got an actual exhaust and extractors put on it, then went out and make 280rwkw.
