Anyone recommend a wheel repairer in Melbourne?

Postby private9 » May 3rd, 2008, 9:17 pm

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a wheel repairer in Melbourne? I have a rim with a bit of a wobble that I'd like to get fixed.

And yes, before anyone asks I have heard of the yellow pages, but thought if anyone has been happy with the services of a particular place, I'd rather go there.

Thanks,

Justin.

Wheel Works in Dandenong South - cheaper and as good as Neway wheels in West Heidlberg.

Re-roll, re weld and respray for competitive prices...pay cash and you're looked after too ;)

One of the guys at Wheel works used to work for Advanced wheels in Moorabiin...is doing his own thing better now IMHO.

Haven't dealt with Ajax

Exactly what I'm doing!

Thanks for all the advice everyone, much appreciated. Looks like there's a few good options here so I'll ring around and drop it in this week.

Yep, more than good enough to throw on and ignore it, but since I have to have the tyre off anyway, thought I may as well get it done,.
