Average price for an ED XR6?

Hey guy

I'm thinking of getting a new car (well, new for me) and I'd like an ED XR6 (XR8 would be good but too much for insurance).
What is the usual price for these? I've seen them from $1800 up to $7000, I would prefer eather cobalt or polanesian green or black with cruse and maybe a sunroof?

Depends on what you want. Sunroof = guaranteed increase in selling asking price. Condition, kms, manual/auto, etc will all impact on the sale value.

Nothing wrong with the current ED, its just that its done 350,000+ and by the time ya do all the mods to it like, re-do auto trans, build a new motor, diff, and maybe twin lights conversion ($600 by its self BAH!) yall would be better off getting a low K's XR for around the same price

Fair enough. Expect a shit condition XR6 for $1800 though. Anything $3000-$5000 would be ball-park (depending what your expectations are). >$5000 would need to be a pretty good example or come with heaps of options.

if it helps i bought mine about a month ago, 220 kms, pretty good condition, for 4700 with roady and reg til november, was lowered on ftrs and 2 and 1/2 exhaust. when i insured it insurance said market value was $4400
so around that price would probs be a good deal, but as others say depends on condition mods and what your after, hope ive helped

That ED on ebay would have 300,00kms +++ for $2800. I'd expect to pay 3500-4000 for a good nic low km example.
