If you can find the gauge, I'm assuming it'd use the speedo cable and just convert to MPH. Doesn't seem all that unreasonable.
If you're using it for drag, get one with a memory recall. VDO make them I think
They shall plant vineyards and drink the wine of them. And they shall build their lay cities and live in them
And they shall also make gardens and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, which I have given them
And the mountains shall drop sweet wine and the hills shall melt.

XD-onwards use electronic gauges, I dunno how you'll go hooking up a cable gauge.

Why do you need an MPH one? Surely your speedo will suffice?

Well, with a speedo corrector you could change that 199 to MPH ;)

I doubt your car will do 199mph, so if you altered the signal to convert from KPH to MPH, you won't go past 199
