I know this nothing to do with Fords but... Just sayin...

Thanks to Bomber for coming and watching me yesterday at Sandown, even tho he missed the best bit of the race... N thanks to Punani owners Ty and Pen for supporting me too!

My fastest time around was 1.53seconds but was having fuel pressure problems.

Lots of cars slammed into barrier was pretty messy!

Also letting u know on 13th of July Holden Sporting Car Club along side Ford Four Car Club are having a Sprint and most likely will have passenger session... U's might like to come along if u read this!

Id much rather drive my car around the track than be a passenger, unless its in a seriously insane boosted Escort or Sierra or something

1.53 seconds is pretty quick around sandown....

Was an interesting few laps for some of thos cars that triumph was mauled that was on the trailer out the back. There was dato 180 that was turboed thing was mauling everything on the straight. Good speed increase with less fuel made 20km/h down the straight what was the diff in times from ur first session to second session on the track??

yes yes only was doing 130 down the straight... struggling... rev'd out limiter in 3rd gear once i went to put it into 4th it bogged down to half its power... But thats where i need the speed... no problems with corners... I ace them...

So dad adjusted the fuel pressure then i was up to 150 down the straights... still not good enough! becoz last time i was there i was going just over 160 down straights but i had too much body roll!

I get pretty close to other cars cars its more fun... specially into corners... like to stick on their ass so when come outta corner i overtake pretty quickly

I have a 1986 Toyota Corolla Twin cam 1600 hatchback yes FWD.. it owned yesterdays wet track conditions!

The next fun day is sat 12th of July.

Oh i get plenty close, Turbo makes it easy to get people out of corners, but being a fun day they don't like people pushing too hard.

either way, worth going, best $25 i've ever spent (assuming the price hasnt gone up)

Nothing beats that monaro slamming into that wall that is awesome footage!!
