GAS + BIG CAM IN 5 LITRE yay or nay?

looking at converting my ed to gas after i drop my worked 5 litre in it.
how will dual fuel go with a large cam? am i better off goign straight gas?
or should i invest in another e series already on gas and leave the D in the shed?
