Yes, they did :)

Getting coil packs to run on the std ecu in the Fairmont would be a challenge.

scraping the idea of the fairmont. got it on my hoist today.... the auto is leaking more then a horse on heat. rear main seal. MASSIVE blow back. besides that goes alright..

i have a motor to put back in there as i got my stock xr8 motor and its cheap enough to rebuild but not inserted into that atm its clean and all but nah i'll just swap my EL for my dads ED :P

anyone recommended a decent computer/or dealer/shop to recommend best ecu for my type of tune considering to go NUT347 way with a TT 347 considering supercharger but i wanna do my ea burnout car as a supercharger so i'll do 1 turbo 1 supercharger and my ED futura as a power house :P stock 6 :P

IIRC edfairmont4.0 got his rear seal replaced for $60.

AU V8 have 2 coil packs for 8 cyl. 6's have 3 coils for 6 cyl, the only way to run true sequential ignition is with an aftermarket ECU like the EMS8860 or something similar

For true sequential ignition and fuel in a V8, the EMS 8860 is the way to go, it has 8 injector drivers and can control 8 ignition drivers
