A mate who loves my car and has other mates who love my car reckons he's pay over $10k. He's into Skylines and stuff so doesn't know much about the Falcon - that's the key to his idea of my car's value.

If I was personally looking to buy it I wouldn't spend more than $8k and would negotiate it down.

I have been offered $9k by my cousin for it but turned it down a) because I can't bear to part with it, b) I knew he'd sh1tkick me when it came to the crunch and c)It's probably almost cost double that to build.

imagine the cost if you had all the labour work done by paid mechanics, would it double up the cost again...
