stock KW

just wondering around about what the stock KW for a EL would be.?
i'd test it myself but dont have a great deal of money.

Bore & Stroke - 92.26 x 99.3mm.
Compression Ratio - 9.3:1
Multi point sequential fuel injection.
Distributor style electronically controlled ignition system.
Fuel required: regular unleaded petrol.
Alloy cylinder head.
Cast iron block.
8 counterweighted crankshaft.
Alloy rocker cover.
Laminated pressed steel sump.
Dual resonance intake manifold.
Serpentine accessory drive belt for quietness & reliability

90-120ish rwkw for a stocker. Depending on manual or auto and the condition of the car.

haha thats pathetic. i thought it would be more like 140ish. god i have more respect for people up near the 180 200 mark.

Didnt Grimus' standard EL pull something crazy like 150rwkw? lol...
Not nearly as much as the Torana tho.

157kw at the flywheel from factory. Lose 25kw along the driveline and another 15 or 20 due to wear and tear

No. So you think when they were brand new theyd pull 132rwkw eh?....... :roll:

As said, if its a tired auto expect about 90rwkw, if its a healthy manual up to 120rwkw - but then again, dynos vary.

100-110 seems about the norm from what iv seen

I rekon with a GOOD condition Automatic and Engine... you may pull 110rwkw.
