gt4780 with a .9a/r rear housing makes around 30psi at 4500rpm on a 4l, don't know how well that would go on a drag set-up that revs to 6500.. would probably require converter change an possibly cam change

heres a graph from simon at xft's FG F6

dan raises a point. unless people make it their career/job of working on/owning/racing fuckin sick cars including drag cars top fuellers or just mint million dollar restos... there comes a point in every mans life he realises spending money on cars as a hobby is a waste of money and better investments at a younger age would have been much wiser....
lucky i realised that one kind of early and didnt sink as much money as some lol

Is a hobby ever a waste of money though?
sure, cars might be more expensive then other hobbies, but as long as you get enjoyment out of it, then its really upto them if its worth the money.

hiting the pubs with $200 is a waste of money too, but if you have a good night out then its surely not a waste.

I also don't see why everyone simply see's property as an investment, some of us like to LIVE in a house, and make it nice to LIVE in, as aposed to looking at what its going to be worth when you sell it.
enjoy the best of both :D

I would much rather sink that $200 into the car or into savings, than blow it on alcohol at a night club or something like that. Your literally pissing for money up against a wall and waking up with a massive headache.

Who has an investment property and doesnt live somewhere?

Who mentioned anything about houses in this thread anyway?

I was talking about hiboost's next $4500 turbo getting maxed out then needing another bigger more expensive turbo then maxing that out and getting a bigger more expensive turbo and so on. When does he stop?

8's? 7's? $50k? $100k? Bankruptcy? 6's?

Fair enough, he is a bit of a douchbag. :P

Waking up with a hangover and going through your wallet to find out that you have spent $200 and dont remember how is a killer.

Whats the fastest twin cam 6 these days? Is this EL faster than the BA's?

might take a while

Used to go out with Daneos every friday and saturday night wasted so much coin I could of saved or put in the car. Saturday nights tended to start with me rolling up still with a headache from the night before. But after a few drinks it didnt hurt anymore.

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. Where are you? ...You're on BoostedFalcon, reading the signature your signature could be like! Anything is possible when your car looks like my car... I'm on a computer.
