mounting a pod outside the engine bay...

just got a question.. any way to mount a pod under the airbox with the abs pump being there?
or should i just forget about that idea

I am about to do the same thing, have had to move the abs to the side first.

On a N/A you don't want the pod to far away otherwise it will effect response and too close to TB will be hot. That's why the pod goes best where the box was.

I have the same Pod, and I got it into my standard box. Just have a play around with it, it'll work.

What is the point of putting a pod in the air box? Just get a high quality re-usable standard replacement filter for the air box.

SS induction + K&N panel filter + Hole inthe front of the airbox=WIN. had that setup on my EF and it was mint.

was some great induction noise!!! i cut a hole where the air box would be and poked the pipe out underneath. K'N filter.
Bit hard to see but you get the idea

At least you have a reason Dave, where the fukk is a panel filter in a box gunna go with a Vortech in the way?

If you guys remember there is a setup that bri bri did on here and alot of you guys were not interested at all.
It was a pod and a actual box behind the headlight .
Someone can find it for me
