looks like an EF/EL XR.

looks like its running some top hardware, turbonetics turbo wouldn't be cheap :P

When I close my eyes that is exactly how I picture a well built turbo e-series. I love it.

haha, i just posted a piccy of Aarons car from yesterday in the engine bay thread. Double post, but oh well, its mint. I will tell him to join but he is not an interweb forums type guy really. Not much spare time when you build mint cars like that..

Nah... Didnt really bother as i have seen the car heaps before, just not the engine bay all complete. I should have taken more pics for you boys..

No, just thermocouples to monitor temps.

I heard he's aiming for Australia's fastest EL.

Sky's the limit with this bloke, especially that XH ute he owns!

there's an EL XR6 turbo over here in WA which pulls 9s.... I know its pulled a 9.78, ive got the
pics.... It couldve run quicker Im not sure.....

I would dare say the title of Australias fastest SOHC E-series will be the intention... Will be great to see some more ford 6cyl up with the big boys in their V8's.
