Turbo rebuilds aren't cheap to have them done properly. What turbo and why do you want it rebuilt?

In my case it was a Air Research T3, new bearings and seals, rebalancing = $700ish... would have been more if it needed major components like a shaft or wheels because of fin damage.

its a stock BA XR6 turbo so t30 t35 i think.
the fins are fingered, i can wiggle them side to side
the little nut come off at the front of the fins and chewed them out a little bit

If it's a BA XR6T turbo then it's ball bearing and you could probably get away with a new wheel and balancing, but they told me once they pull them down to the shaft they need to put new seals and such in it too.

Might be cheaper to buy a good condition used one.

yeah i rang the blokes at archerfield and they gave me a rough price to fix it and it was 1800 so i will try and see if i can one second hand....
