hey blokes just on the hunt for answers to a build question :roll:

well a mate of mine has a eb falcon with the 4.0 and 4speed basicly stock as hes hunting for power and would love some input from use in the know hes goal is 170rwkw and just a solid street driven car not a quarter pounder.
so i would advise him of mods to get done would u agree?

obviously like most its on a budget and he would prefer drive in drive out srvice around 5k total

i said the go would be

head decked and cleaned 3angle valve grind
decent valve springs
pacemaker extractors
hi flow cat-(or none yes dont cry sooks)
2.5 mandrel bent system
au series intake runners and inlet manifold
cold air set up
42pound injectors min-(for e85 fuel)
fuel press reg
walbro in tank pump
cam?????????????? dunno which or any for this power goal
new plugs ,leads,all the usuall crap

a tune on e85 ethonol fuel to maybe get it over the line

trans service
shift kit-(already got)
3000rpm high stall-(he wants it to pull a solid burnout)

well thats my suggestions and price varing on new or 2nd hand and such what iam after is there something missing :beg:

he doesnt want artificial aspiration :banghead:

I personally think 170rwkw through an N/A 4lt through an auto with a hi-stall is a pretty optimistic goal.

Tell him to just turbo it, cut most of the crap off the list and enjoy the extra torque.
