:banghead: hey guys how the hell do i get of the inside catalytic converter bolt on the exhaust flange i cant get it of its rusted and rounded please help!! :drinks2:

crc, then use impact socket, ie 6 sided that is one mm smaller, use hammer to belt in on, sometimes works, other wise like old mate said, a/grinder :)

they actualy make sockets specifiacally to remove round bolts and nuts but fark that use angle grinder lol

you **** r rough lol..

just use alot of crc and ive found for rounded bolts a double hex socket thats slightly too small will belt on and work better than single hex... also using a/f sockets you might be able to get it similar to a 13.5mm socket or something...

If your screws are rusted in, you can buy reverse drill bits (i think from bunnings) you drill into the rusted bolt...then reverse the drill n it will come out....
