Yeah im working on the pix guys. And there are a few minor problems like spot rust, mirrors broken and paint faded on the bonet but apart from that its in very good condition. Especially because i only paid 150 for it :D

What colour? It might just need a good polish. Mirrors are nothing, you have an exscuse to upgrade to some Eb-ED or EF-El mirrors.

So its gone from being a mint EA thats in better condition to everyone else's car on the forum, to an EA with faded paint, rust, and broken mirrors? Sounds like every other EA to me..

I don't remember saying it was mint. The rust is just a tiny spot on the left wheel arch (i mean like to 1cm diameter spots). The broken mirrors i don't car about coz i hate ea mirrors so im putting on el mirrors and the faded could just need a good polish, i haven't cleaned it since i got it.

I wouldn't worry too much about engine stuff yet! Get it looking mint first, get some Clear indicators and a Ghia boot garnish, even a set of factory rims (like some turbo blades) will help with the looks, and get some springs to get it sitting low.

A set of extractors and a good system should keep you happy. Engine stuff is something that you really need to have a clear mind in where your going. Your better off dropping a later MPFI engine into it and doing some mods like the pissing off the clutch fan for some thermos etc.

Because your not driving it yet its a good time to do some mods as when you do start driving it will be hard to find time to work on it!

You haven't said what colour it is!

its not what type of car if you have p plates the cops will pull you over.
when i got my p's about 150m out of the rta i got pulled up and they tryed to tell me that my ute was overly modified and i couldnt drive it. but all it has are a set of 4499's, 2 1/2 sports exhaust and pod in a box.
