hey everyone :D

Postby BennieB » September 17th, 2009, 8:41 pm

just found this site, and i must say im quite impressed :D
so anyways, im ben, i got me a 1997 el xr6 manual in white
its pretty stock for now, i just recently got me a set of 19's for it, i think they are cobra wheels????
i dont know, they werent what i originally what i orderd, but after waiting almost 2 months to get my wheels they finally arrive only to be the wrong wheels, but it dont matter too much cos to be honest im liking these wheels more hehe
its also got a set of pacemaker comp extractors, bullet 100cpi cat, 2 1/2 inch system with a lukey triflow muffler and hotdog muffler, and twin dump tips. its a little loud for my liking so i think a resinator will be goin on very soon, i dont want to attract too much attention from the boys in blue lol.
i also have a pioneer mp3/ipod/cd deck, pioneer 6 1/2 inch splits in custom made door pods, pioneer 6 inch 3 ways in the rear, twin pioneer competition 12 inch subs running off a kicker 600 wrms monoblock amp. i also have a 350 x 4 channel kicker amp ready to go in it to give my speakers a bit more grunt cos the bass is a lil over powering at the moment lol.
ill get some pics up soon i promise, id love to see what you guys think about it.
anyways talk soon :D
Peace

the wheels i ordered were BF GT-P wheels, 19 inch in machined metal, and i was waitin for them for over a month and a half after i put down my deposit, so i was gettin pretty frustrated when every time i called they would say "yep they should be in by the end of this week" so id leave it a week then call back and hear the same thing again, and again and again. so when the wheels finnaly arrived, they were the wrong ones, i think they said these ones are cobra wheels??? i dont know, but im more happy with them then i was lookin at the other wheels. so thats my beast, nothin to special at them moment, just nice to cruise in. with enough go to get stuck into the commy boys lol

thanks for the comments guys. yeh i know, the car needs to be lowered a bit, not too much tho cos i dont want there to be any rubbing with the tires. im lookin round for the front and rear lip kit, maybe in the next couple of months when i have a bit more cash behind me. lol
