I think most wreckers would be crushing the cars (EA etc) with dash still inside these days so you should be able to get one cheap (free?)

Shiz man you are my idol i
I'm only 19 and my first car was an EA s'pac and god it took the hiding of a lifetime i've been looking around everywhere for a 5 speed again but can't find a decent one. This looks sick as though everyone rips me for wanting another one but after seeing this i might even sell me xr to spend it on one lol

Nar mate i wouldn't do that EF/EL XR's are sik!! I got this as a low budget project just to see what can be done for as little money as possible most is just spit and polish to date she has set me back $350 including the cost of buying the car. ;) I'd have to say I'm a bit lucky as the paint is too good and work'd out that it has had a respray some time ago also the suspension seems to have been done properly with kings springs and the front has been shimmed to get rid of the camber. the pacemakers and sports exhaust were a bonus too!! I did'nt even know it had a 4.0 in her until i degreased the motor LOL, so she has had some money spent on her in the past too bad they didnt spend any in the interior  some RECARO's would of been nice LMAO

Not bad! Only thing I can spot wrong with that boat is I love em with black windscreens. What were your reasons for selling it? And was it a 350?

Sounds like a sweet boat mate, yeah I grew up skiing so just seems logical that I'd like to own one, sold our old ski boat when we moved to Yeppoon. Yup its a nice spot, really getting somewhere now, nearly got everything that Rocky has in a sense but no where to ski.. except the Fitzroy River which apparently has '64' saltwater crocs above and downstream of the barrage (the ski gardens are above). Not sure how they know that but anyhow doesnt stop the locals and probably wont stop me.

Yeh the noise from the boats probably keeps them away any way. but still I would be a little worried if I came off and just sitting there in the water. Like I said really nice country from there all the way up to cairns!! only problem is them dam crocks lol, was looking at buying a place in Emu Park not far from yeppoon.

Yeah, Emu parks really going ahead as well, seems a lot of people had the same idea, the land is slightly cheaper then Yeppoon I think. Crazy little town, the main part is beautiful but all the streets elsewhere are crap, very wierd.

lol cheers yeah she was a unique looking EB. much missed :(

answer to your question is bog and sandpaper with a bit of elbow grease ;)

EA will be getting some work done to her next week now that i got the ute running properly

another alternator is going in as the one in her is stuffed, I also picked up a EF/EL thermo's for $60 just waiting a bit to put that in, may be for the next stage of the project.(stage two will be EF motor, turbo, serp belt, thermos )

interior , boot lip , rear garnish and front bar should be done hopefully by next week end ;)
