Hi Guys My ride ED Falcon XR6
Posted: June 16th, 2009, 2:03 amHi guys, I'm 35, happy married with two boys both ford nuts just like their dad. I love my fords and had a huge collection of last 10 years from XR to ED, with a couple X series Coupes. but my baby now my mint condition 1 owner ED falcon XR6
After my father writing off his AU falcon in a rollover on a local dirt road,he passed in his license in and said I could buy a car I want with the insurance money.
After looking high and low at getting a XR I nearly gave up hope and was going do the worse and buy a statesman. but looking through the trading post I gave up in disgust and thump the paper down on the table to only seen this XR6 ad.
first thing I did got into car(mitsubishi galant) which i brought for 900 bucks,went down the car yard. their she sit thank good with a price tag of $3999, reduce from $8000 because salesman wasnt selling cars. I looked it over and ask any one else was interest in it,only to be told a guy was flying in from Ceduna to look at it tomorrow, I knew it would been sold,so ask where my closet bank was and did a dash at 4.30pm to it, thank god i got there in time and purchase it.
she runs well with only a couple problems which i ask about in the tech section.
I havent done any conversions to it, only thing i have done is got custom numberplates EDXR6, yeah i know very original but my name Eddie so thought ED's XR6 & also the model kill two bird with one stone
