Hi... from newbie

Introduce yourself and your ride.

Hi... from newbie

Hi, just joined this site. Mainly for cruising but also looking forward to hearing about others pride and joys...

Um my ride is an ED XR6. Auto, LSD. Brought her with 180 thou k's and in very good nic.
Since i've had her i have fitted a sprint body kit, had her lowered 30mm with pedders coils (kept original shocks). Had pacemakers and a 2 1/2" mandrel bent Redback system fitted by A1 Performance Exhausts.
I have sierra cosworth style fibreglass bonnet vents and an electronic shift kit that i will be installing in the near future. Im also looking at fitting EL Thermos aswell.
Got an alpine MP3 player running stock front speakers and JVC 3-way 6x9's in the parcel shelf. I've also got two inverted 10" pioneer 800w subs running off a Jaycar Response 2-channel 500wrms amp.

Future plans will be wheels and darkest legal tint. Most likely the 18" BA XR8 wheels. I would also like a chip or engine mod. Ideally a supercharger would be the way to go but its a bit too far out of my budget being on apprentice wages :p.

I'm looking forward to the cruises and also checking out other ppls rides!

*EDIT - Got photos further down, and also got the dual stage shift kit fitted now...

I have the BA XR8 rims on my ED. You'll hear everyone say "Get something original, everyone has those rims" but the fact is, everyone has them because they look good.

Good luck with the car. Looking forward to pics.
