yeah im not too sure about the mags, i was thinking about putting convo pros on it but would rather spend some dollars on making it go faster. Ill see what the bank has to say about that plan though.

I definatly like those rims . Wouldnt bother trying to get convo pros for it .
Get the go fast bits happening then worry about the rest some time after that .
Good start tho with a xr6 manual

Where abouts are you from

thanks brocky, i pretty much decided the same thing about the rims(plus i just got new tyres). I was hopeing to convert it to hydraulic clutch and 6 speed tremec soon, but i just quit my job so that might have to wait.
Im from ipswich mate, yourself?

p.s. anyone looking to hire a mechanic? im on the market

Welcome mate.

Yeah we're the second biggest contingent after Melbourne. Just alot of us are way more busy than we used to be. If you do a search on 'location' or something like that you'll find the thread that lists where alot of us are from.

yeah it couldnt make it much worse in traffic EliteXR, i just got quoted up for a six speed and hydraulic clutch conversion from mal wood; $2259 for the clutch coversion and $3850 for a transmission plus $1000 for a tailshaft  , that seems like alot of coin to me just for an extra gear.

Alot of coin for an extra gear yes, but its the inherent strength that makes it worthwhile,

Looks good :) Reminds me of that Venom ute Ford did when the AU came out. Think the wheels are the same too.
