hello good people...

g'day my names adam im new here.

i got recomened this site by a mate, thought i'd check it out .
i just recently bought a '97 NL fairlane ghia (burgendy)
atm its stock as a rock riding higher than a GQ comp truck...not really but still needs lowering bad!
atm im concentrating on getting it on the road, got my roadie thursday just need to book in vicroads to get it redgoed.

i'll put pics and what not once on the road and i find my camera.
looking forword to meet some of you melbourne blokes on some cruises.

haha yeh love the fairlanes they look classy.

future mods:

lowed all around
wheels
tint
outside crome handles
advntualy a respray as theres a few chips and scraches
and a tip

i dont want to go nuts with the mods as it will also be used as a family car so i wanna keep it tame just do visual mods get it looking nice and riding nice.

haha, it's funny because we bottom out the jack on my falcon, yet my mate 4wd hill does ha ve a much articualation.
but still no front diff.

hey guys finaly got some pics of the fairlane.
its still stock but i thought i'd show yas it.
its getting redgoed wednesday and i got my new springs yesterday was planning on putting them in next weekend but plans have changed so i'll have to wait. once i start doing it ill put it in rides thred.

yeh i like the burgandy abit different dont see as many of these in that colour noticed alot more white or dark blue ones.

it is in good nik but as i said earlyer its got a few scratch and what not around the body work so i wouldnt mind getting a respray, but for a 13 year old car i cant complain ey.

sl's all round, just the front shocks...
the back sits abit higher than the front cause i got heavy dutie towing springs so i can still tow my moto with i finally get my tow bar, and wont sit stupidly low..
looks good thow well i think it does, im happy with it cant complain $200 for kingspring sl's
