This just doesnt make sense at all... kudos for trying to be different but the car, engine bay and motor looks filthy and the effort gone to putting the blower on the hotside beats me...
Adoring the zippy ties and look-a-like electrical conduit throughout though..

Pretty sure any boost is better than none at all.

sorry no pics yet just a stock green 94 eb outside with stock hubcaps. 4.11 gears auto built by me with 3000 rpm conveter and big ass cooler, m90 yes it is small but with a 45mm pully it shows about 18 to 22 psi, 2 stock throttle bodys, 3" pipe work, bigest water to air cooler i could buy ,blower and blower mount is watercooled, my cam grind on new cam core, everythink blue made by me.
Need a pump and injectors any idears like in tank i think to keep it simple already overly complicated and 2bar map.
zippy ties and conduit works can do better do it !!!
On the hot side to give me the best cooler and intake all is water cooled anyway.

the m90 can be pushed to 20psi odd on a commodore engine with a silly small pulley and some porting, it just wont be as efficient as larger blowers. ppl still ran 11s with them in a VT, so they can obviously make some decent power and torque...
i say if you can fab the shit to mount it and get the blower cheap enough (ie. around $500 off ebay) then why not...
there are only so many 13 sec snort kits you can see on a falcon

Standard ecu has a 10psi boost cut.
How are you running 18-22??

no luck with them? i would think that in the j3 i can change map readout and use any map i like, if it is to far off i will use some think to make its out put were i want it just as long as it changes all the way full boost it should be right maybe?

i think the issue is finding a MAP sensor that has the right output.
its not a 0-5V output, its frequency based, so unless you can find one that 1/2's the frequency output your limited.
the ECU starts to freak once the MAP sends signals over 10-11psi.
the other option is to limit what the MAP see's/sends out but its a compromise.

Can you put a jaycar speedo corrector on it?
Could always fit an AU2 ECU and loom and run a 2 bar XR6T map sensor. I have resolution to at least 17psi.
