Finally Some like Minded people!!

Postby texas_EB » December 26th, 2010, 7:40 am

Hi guys let me introduce myself,
I'm Brad and the proud owner of an EBII Wagon. She's white and straight (ish) and on her way to being a real machine. I've just started with the mods and getting to a point now where it's time to spend some real money for some real fun.
She runs a stock 4.0L with 300k on the clock but still goes hard. I want to make her purr so lookin at either V6 or V8. possibly even 6 turbo. :D

I've built custom boxes covered in factory grey carpet for the back which not only boxes my speakers fopr that little bit extra but also hides away all my little things like tools and oils etc. (Hope to have some pics up soon)

Anyway here she is and I hope to get your approval and any comments or advice.

Cheers

Brad :good:

Get a V6 from a VR commodore, they are the best base to start with if you want to tickle the heads and add a cam.

Just throw a newer straight 6 in. Don't mention anything about V6 conversions in this forum or you're likely to get the shit flamed out of you... just a hint

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. Where are you? ...You're on BoostedFalcon, reading the signature your signature could be like! Anything is possible when your car looks like my car... I'm on a computer.

Hopin to get my hands on a 302 with 5 speed manual from another EB so might chuck that in. But it will need a reco/rebuild. Buying the whole car so will have all the bits necessary.
Can anyone suggest somewhere good to go which wont cost me an arm and 2 legs? :beg:
