Hey there Ford Lover,s, this is my first post on here. Been a Ford man all my life, starting with the Family Customline, Zephur, XT, XY, XC, XD, XF, EL, AU, BA XR6, BA XR8, BF XR6, PK Wildtrak, FG G6E Turbo. As you can see l have been with the blue oval for a long time :D . My current project is a very rare Ford Falcon, that was used as a Medical Response Vehicle in the V8 Supercar,s. It is a "one of" build that has resulted in a truely unique car. The car was recently purchased by me, as it is with all supporting Documents and complete records of the Build and the total cost. Since aquiring this piece of Aussie Racing History in April 2012, we have won 12 months Sponsorship with Nulon Engine Oils via voter,s Choice and taken it to Calder Park for a run down the strip at the recent Ford Nationals and also at Heathcote for the Ford Forum Drag Nationals. We have also been invited to take the car back to Bathurst this year to take part, in the 50th Anniversary Exhibition. Some of the Members on here may have even seen the car before, some ppl love him, some loath him, but none forget him. Please enjoy my car as much as we do...MEET...The Flying Doctor 460Kw V8 Supercar :yahoo: ....Cheers all S

Hey There..it was my Old mans pride and joy for a while it was a 1960 Mk 2..finished in an awful pimky salmon colour...He once had to drive it home backwards cos something went wrong with the transmission...the trip backwards to home was about 20 or so k,s and the old girl was boiling it,s head off. Dad just kept his teeth gritted unless cursing and drove it insanely fast backwards...l,ll never forget it.

Nothing at the moment other than a freshen up thru the suspension, then maybe a small Nos kit. But really l purchased it as it is for what it is. We will see after we have been up to Bathurst, dont want to mess with it,s original build to much....S

One thing you have to do is take the AU falcon badges off the back of it.

Was kinda hoping you wouldn't change it too much. it's always good to see something this rare in original condition.

What the Falcon letters :o And you are almost right, l,m the third owner outright since it was built. It has lived in Sydney, Cairns and now down in Victoria, up in the fine Malee country
