MY EF FUTURA IN PROGESS

Hey Guys this is my new car after selling my EL GLI to my old man. Got it for $1100 and i have spent $6600 on it so far (have set myself $10000 including buying the car)

What the car has had done :

Extractors
FG XR6 Turbo Rims
CD Player with USB and Remote
Split system speakers in front
Dual Fuel
Sports Exhaust
Performance Plug leads
BA Air Intake Mouth
K&N Air filter Mat

Please let me know what you think and what else you think i should do (in the budget i have left)

How'd you spend $6600 on just that stuff?

$10k would buy a rego'd XR6T these days..

Pretty easily if he paid retail for everything, but yes, $10k does buy a hell of a lot more car these days! :grin:

Dunno man, even if retail thats a shitload of coin. Maybe labour included?

Anyway nice car, but it needs to be lower. Those wheels are sex, i want them.

Well gas kit would be about 3200g straight up???
Then extractors, rego etc
Project car: Turbo ED build- Barra swapped, 60lb dekkas, 400lph walbro, turbo side intake, big cooler, el gt brakes, locked 4.11s, btr'd, smoothed engine bay, sunroof, fairmont GHIA interior. Chasing 10 sec quaters!

maybe some lower springs and new shocks? would make a nice cruzer mate & looks in very good nick :mrgreen: & re-spray the dull and faded window surrounds etc. made a huge improvment to the appearance of my EF.

Looking good mate, but what's with the wheel nuts? Maybe invest a few $$ on some smaller ones? Little details like that can go a long way :)

first one ive seen also, ive always like these wheels but i dont want to run hub adapters.
