New member that loves boost on LPG

Postby Schulzy » July 1st, 2013, 12:26 pm

Hello all,

I currently have 2 rides ill be working on.

1 is a BA futura wagon thats had a full BA XR6 Turbo engine conversion that runs on both LPG and petrol. Its fairly stock atm but there are some more upgrades to come.

The other is a ED(i think) that has a AU e-gas motor?(green rocker cover) that is also turbo and on LPG. This car has a blown engine but i will be swapping this out with a spare AU motor (have 5-6 laying around my dad collects them LOL) to get it running again, which is why im here so i can get some more info on the older series ford stuff. Im 99.9% sure the car is the one that is in this video http://youtu.be/4xVMW3JvHrc at 2:23-2:36 but its been re-sprayed purple since then ill try and get some photos up of its current state on a build thread that i may start.

Thanks in advance for any help that is given

Me and Sunny put that ED together a few years back with the kit off his EA. Start up a build thread, did you buy it off a bloke from the West named Johnny?

I thought someone would recognise it. I have no idea to be honest my dad bought it many years ago and I thought he had sold it. But I was tidying up around the house and moved one of the buses he has and there it was behind it. Ive already made some progress today as I started to pull the replacement engine out of the shell it's in. Hopefully have it all back together by the weekend. Depends on the weather. I'll grab some photos and start a build thread tomorrow
