Hey all

Hey everyone. Just introducing myself and my eb turbo I've had for sometime.
I bought it about 8 or 9 years ago as a bone stock silver gli. And over the years it's been battered bruised and re born a couple of times. Now it's been turbo for about 2 years give or take. Currently my daily with 275 rwkw, and just enjoying it. Ill get some pics and start a build thread going when I have the time.

Must admit after looking through the sight it's full of fantastic info and cars. Everyone seems pretty nice. Cheers everyone happy to be a part of the boosted site! :good:

Lol at username. Setup is nothing special really, not compared to what I've seen on this sight lol.

Motor : stock wrecker au bottom end with about 120,000 k
94AB Head slight clean up flows about 365 hp, 50 thou taken off (lol I know but it is a good head)
decomp plate and two mls gaskets for about 9.2/9.3 ish
Small crow cam + vernier gear, had cam before turbo so just used it, works well enough.
Turbo bits:
Stock mpfi inlet manifold, snort stage 3 kit with gt 4082 weird specs but does the job.
3 inch exhaust 1 muffler and cat. 600 x 300 x 76 cooler. Turbosmart single stage boost controller.
Fuel ecu :
Stock fuel pump lifting to single 044, 480cc injectors, stock rail and fuel lines, turbosmart fpr 800,
EMS stinger running dizzy setup.
Driveline : Stock T5, cushen butten ceramic clutch. Stock diff came factory fitted with LSD lucky me.
Makes 245/250 rwkw on 10 psi
Makes 275 rwkw on 13.5 psi back to 13 in top end at peak power.
That's the most of it really keen to press on for 300 kw on 98 but goes ok as is.

Perhaps later on, I know it's good stuff. Need a better gearbox before I go e85, I could kill the T5 every time I drive it if I wanted. It's lasted well with granny shifting 3rd. It's also currently my daily so 98 is easier to get.

Will be going to a track day at Tailem bend this weekend, so should get some pics an vids of the old girl hopefully. Plan is if it survives without braking something ill be getting a retune and aiming for 300kw ATW then going to the next drag meet at AIR. Things will be on the edge but its only a wrecker motor and I have 2 spare T5 boxes lol.

Is that a BF Front bar attached to the lower of the EB Bar?

Well spotted..... Yeah I joined the two together myself. It has all the original EB mounting points underneath, although I have screwed the bar to the guards for a tighter fit. Has factory BF fog lamps and lower grill trimmed up for the cooler. All fits up really nice.

Hey guys weekend was ok, ended up going alone as my friend had car trouble on the way which sucked ass. Didn't get any video or pics myself, but there hopefully should be some people posting up stuff of the car. Car survived well even on the skid pad with some limiter love :). should be going to the drags in October to have a crack. Hope I can at least get some go to woah vids or something to show from the weekend. Ill get them up as soon as I find one.
