XE Ute new member

About 2/3 through an xe resto and looking to boost it so ill have some questions............its got all XG drivetrain, and i was wandering if anyone knew how much an unmodified one can handle?? 10, 12lbs?? Anyone know of any write ups I can check out? Not looking for an earth mover yet, just some relatively cheap and reliable hp. Thanks guys.
