love your forums ......
i have a 1989 EA ford Fairmont Ghia .....
had for about 7 years now .....and have just started to upgrade it ....
K&N filter ...genie headers with big bore ....nice rumble ....racing front sway bar ....king springs ....koni shocks ....
in side ED leather and wood grain door panels ....with 6 inch door speakers ...not 4 inch
have areotech body kit to fit ....
now if they can drop the price of gas ....$1.75 a litre ......would be magic .....

....its the work horse ....and ooops ...3.9mpi.....3 speed ..(recon..6 months after i got the beast )....digital dash ....
mk 4 Zephyr ....cruising car ...weekends only ....

When you say gas is $1.75 a litre, you mean petrol or LPG? Im hoping petrol, lol!

this pic is of the west coast ......point Elizabeth.... just north of greymouth
petrol ....was 95 cents a litre ....7 years ago.....
on sunday went to see mum in waimate ....then to twizel....and back home ...nice day trip....620kms ...cost $175 in petrol ....love cruise control ......

yeh, we went back about a month ago and fuel was through the roof!
im from napier(hawke's bay), but i manage to jump on a boat and migrate over here, lol (not really cought a plane)
do you see many e-series kicing around in nz?

there are heaps of E class FORDS ....and big Fords in general .....as well as those "just holden together"...the poor aussie cousin
but the days of the big cruiser ..are numbered ...price of gas ....and ...the bl**dy greens ....
keeping mine to day it wont pass its W.O.F .....

and there soon will a carbon TAX .....
